PROJECT MANAGER: Responsible for completion of construction project within responsibility on a timely basis: personnel, budget, technical and engineering specifications. Masters or BS plus five years experience in civil engineering required. Good working knowledge of P3 CPM scheduling software and expedition are necessary.
